How to Connect Your WiFi Card Reader

✅ What You’ll Need

• Your S700 card reader (comes fully charged).

• A Wi-Fi connection.

• The POS app provided by us — installed on your tablet, phone, or point-of-sale device.

🔌 Step 1: Turn On the Reader

• Press and hold the power button on the side until the screen lights up.

• If the battery is low, use the included charging cable.

📶 Step 2: Connect to Wi-Fi

1. On the reader’s screen, swipe down from the top.

2. Tap Settings → Network → Wi-Fi.

3. Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

4. Wait a few seconds — once connected, the Wi-Fi symbol will appear at the top.

💡 Tip: Make sure you're using a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

🔗 Step 3: Pair the Reader With Your App

1. Open our POS app and go to Settings → Card Reader.

2. Tap "Connect a New Reader".

3. The app will start scanning — once your reader appears, tap to connect.

4. The reader may show a short confirmation message — no action needed.

5. That’s it! Your reader is ready to use.

💳 Step 4: Accept Your First Payment

1. On the POS app, enter a test amount (e.g. $1) and tap Charge.

2. Ask the customer to tap, insert, or swipe their card on the reader.

3. You’ll see a confirmation once the payment is approved.

• Reader not connecting?

  • Make sure the reader is connected to Wi-Fi.

  • Try restarting both your app and the reader.

• Wi-Fi issue?

  • Check that your network is not restricted or behind a firewall.

  • Reboot the reader by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
